Responsibilities:
- Assist to review, develop and implement HR and office administration policies and procedures.
- Responsible for the preparation and management of office administration and training budget, identify anomalies for management review.
- Assist in managing full spectrum of office administration functions and projects such as reception, office cleaning and maintenance, office supplies and equipment, fixed assets management, office renovation, pantry services, corporate car services, etc. to ensure overall company efficiency, productivity and cost effectiveness.
- Liaise and cooperate with other departments for office administration issues.
- Coordinate with service vendors/suppliers to provide office supplies and services to the Corporation and monitor their performance.
- Identify improvement areas for operations efficiency and delivery of better services to internal clients.
- Prepare various management reports.
- Provide overall support to HR function and take up any other tasks or ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisors.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related discipline.
- Over 5 years experience in office administration and HR function in sizable organizations.
- Solid experience in handling office renovation projects and tendering process is preferable.
- Familiar with HK employment related ordinances is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
