Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager / Senior Associate (Administration and Human Resources)
Our client is a leading financial institution, they are currently seeking for a Senior Officer to join their team.
Responsibilities:

Assist with service contract and license renewal tracking and coordination, including clubhouse licenses

Prepare and verify invoices for administrative and operational expenses
-
Communicate with building management for facility-related requests, updates and follow-ups
-
Coordinate and liaise with vendors for office repairs, maintenance, and small-scale improvement works
Requirements:
-
Degree holder in relevant discipline, preferably in Business Administration or Management

A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in office administration
-
Proactive and being a good team player with a strong sense of responsibility

Good people and communication skills
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
