Temporary Assistant Manager (Digitalisation Office)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in general administration services, in particular in various technology related procurement activities
- Partner with team heads to understand their business and service requirements
- To provide administrative, clerical and logistical support to the division
- Understand procurement requirements and support follow up activity after SoW creation if required
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by management
- University degree
- Deep and thorough understanding of technology services
- At least 1 year of experience in business management space
- Ability to build detailed statement of works through understanding technology requirements
- Hands-on experience in tendering and contract preparation, preferably in public organisation
- Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and high initiative
- Proficient in PC applications such as MS Office
- Good command of written and spoken English
