Temporary Assistant Officer (Digitalisation Office)
Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to the Chief Digitalisation Officer (CDO)
- Organise and coordinate meetings, conference, appointments and travel arrangements
- Assist in providing general administrative support to the office, such as maintaining the filing system and managing office supplies
- Perform adhoc duties assigned by management
- At least 3 years of experience in providing secretarial support to executives
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedure
- Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and high initiative
- High degree of attention to detail
- Proficient in PC applications such as MS Office
- Good command of written and spoken English
