Responsibilities:
- Handle phone and email enquiries and process applications to enhance customer experience.
- Demonstrate and promote financial products or soft commodities to existing clients.
- Comply with procedures, policies and regulatory requirements to safeguard interests of both parties.
- Provide constructive feedback on operational workflow to enhance service quality and improve efficiency.
- Participate in ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
- Diploma or above in Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
- Over 2 years experience in customer service.
- Experience in call centre or banking and finance industry is preferable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
