Responsibilities:
- Plan and formulate strategies to achieve financial objectives, overall service performance and maximise business result.
- Review company structure and policies to increase efficiency.
- Ensure the procedures and workflows of the restaurants align with the company standard and comply with local regulations, especially when handling food safety & product quality.
- Supervise shop operations from the management view and suggest improvements.
- Manage human resources such as recruiting and staff development.
- Conduct cost analysis and procurement procedures such as review contracts, bids, proposals & vendor agreement.
- Monitor regular administration duties.
- Diploma in Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
- Over 3 years management experience in Food and Beverages Industry.
- Experience in managing food chains or central kitchens is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel frequently.
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
