Our client is a leading asset management and investment firm.
 
Responsibilities:

• Execute and coordinate a wide range of corporate finance and capital market transactions including pre-IPO investments, IPOs, cross-border mergers & acquisitions, and financial advisory for Hong Kong and PRC clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, issuers, shareholders, banking and lending institutions, etc.
• Perform market research, pitching material, due diligence, financial analysis, modeling and forecasts.
• Work closely with other professional parties on the transaction assignments.
• Communicate with regulatory authorities.
• Keep abreast of corporate developments and rules and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines.
• Over 8 years solid experience in corporate finance and investment banking.
• Current holder of Responsible Officer licenses registered under SFC Type 6, Type 1 and Type 4.
• Experience in execution of IPO, Corporate Financial Advisory & Mergers and Acquisitions with completed multiple transactions.
• Sound knowledge of the Listing Rules and the Takeovers code and relevant rules and regulations.
• Analytical, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
