Our client is a manufacturer of small household appliances.
 
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the factory operation to meet quality, cost and delivery targets.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years relevant experience in management of sizable electronic PCBA factories.
• Diploma or above in Manufacturing Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related disciplines.
• Professional knowledge in electronics PCBA manufacturing processes including SMT, wave soldering, conformal coating, low cost automation, traceability system, industrial safety etc.
• Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Manufacturing qualification is preferable.
• Familiar with MRPII is advantageous.
• Good understanding of routine manufacturing management, production planning, store operations, facility maintenance, admin & HR duties.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
