Responsibilities:
- Monitoring a project team
- Supervising staff to make sure some workflow systems are strictly followed.
- Motivating project team members and improve their efficiency.
- Planning and taking care of daily project activities, monitoring progress.
- Analyzing market and customer status and forecast order from customers.
- Reporting sales turnover and formulating price strategy.
- Coordinating with supporting departments to serve customers demand.
- Driving their company internally to enhance quality and efficiency for customer expectations.
- Communicating with customers in HK, PRC and overseas, to build up and enhance long term relationships.
- Working with departments of PRC plant in Dongguan. Travelling is required based on project necessity.
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management /Engineering.
- Over 10 years Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) experience in leading a sales & project team to work with customers.
- Good knowledge of high-tech electronics products.
- All rounded management skills to lead the team to work with customers satisfaction.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Good command of spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Immediate Available is preferred.
