We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are interested in the HR related field.

Consultant (Recruitment and Payroll)

Responsibilities:

Key recruitment components include: searching, sourcing, screening, interviewing, networking, and lead generation;
Develop marketing plans and organise visits with potential clients to promote our payroll and recruitment services;
Account servicing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates;
Handle and follow up on client enquiries to develop new sales leads and help to achieve sales goals;
Develop the business by identifying new opportunities and key clients;
Prepare job advertisements, candidates profiles and assessment reports.

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above
2 year or above working experience in Sales & Marketing/Customer Service preferable;
Strong communication and presentation skills, and a team player;
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in fast-paced environment;
Fluent in spoken and written English & Mandarin;
Strong client servicing values;
Immediate Available is preferable;
Location: Wanchai (5 days).
