Our client is a Leading Financial Institution, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:
Temporary Co-ordinator (Administration) (Team 1 - Building & OA Services Unit) (1 year contract)
Responsibilities:
- General clerical, filing and administrative duties
- To handle building, transport and pantry services
- To assign duties and supervise the works of Office Assistants
- To liaise with building managers and contractors on related issues
- To seek quotations and prepare procurement applications
- To handle indoor and outdoor delivery of document, publication and miscellaneous items
- To supervise the contractors in various fitting-out, renovation, cleaning, replenishment and maintenance works
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisors
- Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (“Syllabus B” before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination
- One year’s relevant experience preferred
- Fluent Cantonese, good command of English and Putonghua
- Well versed in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word-processing
- Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and independently
- Willing to work overtime (including weekends and holidays) when required
