Assistant Sales Manager / Senior Sales Engineer - Control, Automation and Drives

Our client is a Global Electrical Products Company, they are currently seeking for an Assistant Sales Manager / Senior Sales Engineer  - Control, Automation an Drives) to join their team.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for control, automation, drive and digitalization business of HK and Macao. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Achieve sales target with planned sales volumes for PLC, SCADA, VFD, instrumentation and digitalization solutions in HK and Macau market

  • Connect and build relationships with existing and new customers to identify sales leads

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive and growth business

  • Able to identify customer requirements and come up with solution addressing those challenges in line with Siemens portfolio

  • Analyze the assigned market segment and build up market intelligence

  • Work closely with engineering and commercial team to deliver comprehensive proposals, including technical and financial offers according to the customer requirements

  • Contribute to the development of project and maintenance service business

  • Actively visit customers and deliver presentations at customer meetings, seminars and other marketing activities

Requirements:

Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

  • Degree in Engineering or related disciplines

  • At least 5 years’ technical sales experience. Experience and knowledge in PLC/SCADA/Drive/Industry 4.0/Digitalization would be preferred

  • Proven track record to achieve sales target and new customer development

  • Solid sales and business development experience with Hong Kong or Macau E&M contractors would be an advantage

  • Exposure to markets such as water treatment/waste treatment/data center/
    smart manufacturing would be an advantage

  • Strong teamwork, self-motivated with good communication skills. Willing to learn and grow professionally

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
