Our client is one of the leading life insurance companies in Hong Kong, they are currently seeking an Admin Officer to join their team.
Admin Officer
Responsibilities:
- Provide general admin and clerical duties, e.g. data entry, filing, maintaining filing system, logistic arrangements, etc.
- Act as a Receptionist when require
- Participate in ad hoc projects as required
- Degree holder or above
- Minimum 3 years of admin and receptionist experience
- Good knowledge of software applications, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Good command of English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua a definite advantage
