Our client is a Financial Institution, they are currently seeking for a Senior Associate (Secretary) to join their team.

Senior Associate (Secretary)

Responsibilities:

Provide internal administrative support to department including coordinate meeting, prepare correspondence, arrange business travel, expenses processing, training, inter - departmental logistics support
Support project administration works including maintain finance record, procurement support, project meeting coordination, report, data input, documentation
Support ad hoc assignment

Requirements:

Tertiary educated with a minimum of 3 years’ administrative experience in major organisations, preferably gained in financial or banking industry
Experience in working in a dynamic, multinational team environment a plus
Good team player with positive attitude and ability to multitask
Good coordination, interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent command of English and Chinese, Putonghua a plus
Strong PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing)
