Responsibilities:
- To handle phone enquiries and direct calls to relevant division/department according to standard procedures
- To answer the telephone in a positive, courteous, and professional manner
- To greet visitors, provide them with necessary information, and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- To manage the allocation of visitor access passes
- To handle incoming mails and maintain proper records of all incoming documents and packages
- To handle the booking requests of meeting rooms and ensure rooms are set up with necessary supplies
- To provide support on the planning and delivery of various Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and activities of the Staff Activities Club (SAC)
- To support ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Degree or diploma holder with a minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in sizeable corporations
- Candidates with experience in customer service and in dealing with difficult customers are preferred
- Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua. Proficiency in Putonghua is preferred
- Highly proactive and customer-orientated with a positive mindset
- Professional, presentable, and courteous demeanour
- Strong supervision and team leading skills
- Excellent communication skills and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, prepare to work shift hours
