Internal Control and Compliance Manager 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for formulating and implementing the company's internal control and internal audit policies to ensure the company's operations are compliant and risks are under control.
• Analyze and evaluate key business processes, identify and manage major risks, and propose effective internal control measures.
• Conduct internal audit work, independently evaluate and audit the operating conditions and system processes of various departments in the company.
• Promote the continuous optimization and improvement of the company's internal control and compliance management system.
• Provide professional advice and decision-making support on risk and internal control for management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in internal control or internal audit, familiar with various business processes and risk management.
• Bachalor degree or above in accounting, auditing, or law, and have professional qualifications such as CPA, CIA, or legal professional certificates.
• Experience in accounting, auditing, or risk management background, with strong risk identification and analysis capabilities.
• Understand the main laws, regulations and regulatory requirements in China, with an in-depth understanding of the company's internal control and compliance.
• Familiar with internal control frameworks and internal audit standards, with the ability to independently analyze and solve problems.
• ⁠Good communication and coordination skills, able to cooperate effectively with different departments to promote the implementation of the internal control system.
• ⁠Strong project management and report writing skills, able to provide professional advice to management..
