Assistant Administation Manager / Administration Manager
Our client is a leading French Fashion Company with retail expansion in HK & PRC, they are currently seeking for an Administration Manager / Administration Manager (5 -day work) to join their team.
Responsibilities:

Provide administration and facilities management services, including but not limited to monitor office supplies, logistics arrangement, equipment procurement, and maintenance

Handle office renovation and relocation project
-
Experience in handling trademark matters is a preference

Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements:

Bachelor or above with major in Business Administration or Management or related disciplines
-
5 to 10 years working experience in Admin/clerical support

Detail-oriented, good team player

Good command of both spoken and written in Chinese, English and Mandarin

Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook

Immediate available is preferable
