Officer, Programme Operations & Training
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Manager in operation, administration and project management in account and different technology cluster teams to develop initiatives that nurture the member companies and make them successful throughout the programmes lifecycle
- Assist the daily operation, venue booking and schedule with senior management
- Collect and ensure the completeness of documentation and work-in progress under project management items with cross-team function
- Coordinate for internal and external parties for office administration, event activities, orientation and trainings under well logistic operation
- Operate JDE system for procurement process: recruitment, tendering, master agreement and claim process
- Help for centralized the cost and expense budget for whole team operation, such as travelling, trip requisition and reimbursement, team building activities
- Co-work with sub-teams to handle other operational matters and documentations under Task force & Project group arrangement
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or top management
- Degree graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, Public Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in programme administration, event management, programme coordination and marketing
- Fresh graduate will be also considered
- Mature and independent, a strong team player, detailed-minded and results driven, ability to be multi-task and achieve tight timelines
- Self-motivated, organized, great interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Proficient in MS office applications and Chinese word processing
