Assistant Manager, Business Administration
Responsibilities:
- Provides general administration, scheduling and travel arrangement support to CCDO and Head of Innofacturing
- Acts as the coordinator for Corporate Development Division and Innofacturing Division, and provides administrative support on cross-division activities, events and meetings
- Coordinates with government departments, customers, associations, federations and universities for senior management activities
- Coordinates in preparation of reports, documents and presentation materials for management
- Collaborates with other teams and stakeholders to support implementation of Corporation-wide/divisional activities and initiatives
- Performs other tasks as assigned by supervisors
- Recognised tertiary education qualification or equivalent; university degree would be an advantage
- At least 5 years of hands-on work experience preferably in performing administrative duties, supporting senior management and sizable teams
- Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
- Self-motivated, willing to learn and attention to details
- Good team player and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
