Responsibilities:
- Coordinate customer service order and arrange on-site support
- Handle customer claim and suggestion
- Work with in-house engineers and appointed service partner to provide professional service to customer
- Manage Channels / Shops repair and installation service orders
- Diploma or above
- Experience in customer service or related sector is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skill
- Proactive, self-motivated and service-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office (including Word and Excel)
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Immediately available is preferred
