Responsibilities:
- Perform facilities management maintenance services for building services system, security system and refurbishment projects of an Grade A industrial building at Tsing Yi
- Conducting routine inspection, preparing inspection reports and report any incidents, alarms, irregularities or abnormalities of E&M equipment for properties
- To supervise the contractors on site and check quality and progress of works, to ensure quality level up to standard workmanship and output
- To handle emergency cases due to breakdown of essential building services system and other issues
- To assist and work closely with building management office to provide technical supports and to ensure smooth daily operations
- Manage the Building Management System (BMS), coordinate with relevant maintenance contractors in setting up and sustaining the best maintenance standard and parties
- Any other works as directed by Manager from time to time
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Degree Holder in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Facilities Management with minimum 3 years’ experience in facilities operation & maintenance
- Possess Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate
- Registered Electrical Worker License “A” Holder or above
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience preferably gained in property developers, management companies in property maintenance or related field
- Candidates with more relevant experience will be considered as Senior Engineer
- Good command in speaking and writing English and Chinese
- Familiar with AutoCAD and good computer skill
- Well versed in statutory requirements of B.S. / Electrical System and Facilities Management
- Self motivated, responsible and able to work independently with good time management
