Receptionist (7-month contract)
Responsibilities:
- Handle general office receptionist duties including but not limit to greeting visitors in a professional manner, handling phone calls, mails and courier service, coordinate conference rooms booking and arrange for all catering needs
- Assist in general administrative duties and support ad hoc assignment as required
- Diploma or above with at least 2 years’ relevant experience
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Putonghua
- Professional and pleasant phone manner
- Friendly, responsible and customer service oriented
