Our client is an authorized insurer to facilitate retirement financial planning through provision of annuity products in Hong Kong, they are currently seeking for a Risk Management Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• To facilitate the review and updates of risk appetite, risk management policies & framework, risk registers regularly and when necessary;
• To provide support in formulating risk related advices to business functions, e.g. risk mitigation measures, controls, monitoring framework, etc.;
• To conduct regular monitoring exercises on different business functions in risk related aspects; and
• To assist in preparation of risk reports tailored to the requirements of relevant parties, e.g. the Risk Management Committee, the Risk Committee, the Insurance Authority and the Board of Directors.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science / Business Administration or related disciplines;
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial sector, preferably in life administration system development;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Able to work under a dynamic environment and multi-tasking;
• Good in written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
• Good team player and willing to learn; and
• Credits will be given to candidates with previous exposure in actuarial, finance, risk management and compliance management.
