Event Support Officer
Responsibilities:
- Have a Marketing/Design/Media Communication degree directly from the university and 2 years experience in digital marketing or event planning
- Has event organizing experience and Strong communication and writing skills
- Has excellent people skill and problem solving technique
- Willing to work after office hours for distributor related events
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Photoshop, AI and Illustrator apps and video editing tools
- Self-motivated, detail-minded and willing to learn
- Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Requirements:
- Manage and support the regional wide events and activities
- Manage social media for pre-event advertising and post-event reporting
- Liaise and collaborate with relevant internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution of events and projects promotion and operation
- Review the script content of the training topics and conduct the rehearsal with guest speakers before the seminar
- Prepare supporting documentation for the events / campaigns
- Supervise part-time workers or office staff for event execution
