Responsibilities:
- Technical support on Washing Machine, Refrigerator, Air-conditioner.
- Analyze and evaluate product quality and field performance.
- Prepare quality reports, product enhancement requests to HQ.
- Participate in technical training, QA and beta testing activities.
- Participate in new products technical support and deliver reviews.
- Assist in the generation and review of technical materials and bulletins.
- Monitor the performance of 3rd party service providers (repairing services).
- Higher Diploma or above in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in product supporting.
- Basis knowledge in White Goods product.
- Good data analysis skill in Excel.
- Hardworking and self-motivated.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
