Temporary Co-ordinator (Administration) (Sustainability and Staff Activities Unit)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and logistics support for staff activities; planning and research for staff activities, green initiatives and sustainability
- Provide on-site support during events and staff activities
- Handle general administrative work
- Provide assistance and prepare procurement applications
- Check invoices and arrange payment
- Undertake duties as assigned by the supervisors
- Five subjects, including Chinese Language and English Language (“Syllabus B” before 2007), at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination
- At least 1 year's relevant experience
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email system
- Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Fluent Cantonese; good command of English and Putonghua
- Willing to work outside normal office hours as required
