Manager / Assistant Manger, Global Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the marketing strategy for the Business Development team
- Work with internal and external marketing and communications partners to develop content that supports all stages of the sales funnel, helping drive awareness, generate leads, and ultimately turn marketing leads to landing opportunities including PR articles, case studies, industry-specific content and relevant content for our audience
- Set target KPI to increase awareness, acquisitions, and engagement from paid and organic campaigns
- Manage Marketing budget: Track progress against allocated budgets, re-allocate if needed, and accrue for any necessary costs at year-end
- Serve as the point person and project/event manager for the Business Development team
- Host delegation visit and promote Hong Kong as the Innovation and Technology hub
- Perform any other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, Communications, or related discipline
- Minimum of 8 years hands-on experience in digital marketing or management of marketing programmes. With strengths in creativity, video content production, content marketing is a plus. Commencing position will be commensurate with qualifications, relevant experience, and competencies.
- Hands-on experience in campaign development and management across various social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WeChat, etc.
- Understanding of I&T ecosystem and Start-up community environment
- Proven experience in developing and executing projects
