Assistant Manager, Administrative Services
Responsibilities:
- Provides general administration, scheduling and travel arrangement support to senior management level staff
- Acts as the department coordinator for business units/teams and provide administrative support on cross-team activities, events, meetings co-ordination
- Coordinates with Government departments, customers, associations, federations and universities for senior management activities
- Assists in managing the Corporation-wide office administrative services and initiatives, e.g. office renovation, green initiatives, communication sessions etc.
- Coordinates for the preparation of reports, documents and presentations materials, etc. for management
- Collaborates with other teams and stakeholders to support implementation of Corporation-wide activities
- Performs other tasks as assigned
- Recognized tertiary education qualification or equivalent; University degree will be an advantage
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in administrative duties, experience of supporting senior management and sizable teams is preferred
- Self-motivated and willing to learn; able to attend to details
- Good team player and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
