Officer, Event Management
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure alignment and achievement of the overall objectives of events and campaigns
- Perform event marketing duties including but not limited to event management, event registration and onsite assistance with crowd control; community liaison with internal and external parties; mass email drafting and blasting; event logistics coordination for physical, virtual and hybrid events
- Manage membership & communication with members for various programmes and activities; arrange and maintain website, in-app and social media promotion for specific programmes
- Coordinate projects, tour and visits; phone calls to stakeholders; conduct various research, consolidate and compile reports and analyses as required
- Handle general enquiries from internal and external parties
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or other related disciplines
- Preferably 1-2 years’ relevant experience gained in sizable organizations.
- Able to work independently
- Mature, proactive, a good team player, multi-tasked and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese word processing
- Effective communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken, English, Cantonese and Mandarin
