Technician I
 
Duties:

• Perform the day-to-day service operations and activities for equipment
• Responsible for building maintenance, including plumbing and electricity systems,  as well as other electrical & mechanical (E&M) installations.
• To conduct regular building facilities check-up
• To provide urgent repair of building facilities
• Responsible for monitoring work of contractors

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Electrical / Building Service Engineering
• At least two years or above relevant working experience including painting / civil / plastering / ironmongery, etc. 
• Holding of Cert of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade A is a must
• Holder of valid Construction Workers Registration Card
• Good Command in written and spoken Chinese
• Immediate Available is preferable
