Contract Engineer, Enterprise Business (12-month renewable contract)

Responsibilities

• Managing the implementation and delivery of Enterprise Business services
• Ongoing service account management for key B2B customers
• Develop a clear services specification for each enterprise customer
• Manage the analysis, proposition and implementation phase of product roll out
• Investigate “in field” product technical faults to provide: explanation of route cause, proven technical resolutions, and clear escalation and reporting to HQ
• Set performance criteria across Enterprise Business Service Partner network to ensure high performance

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• 3 years of experience in product supporting
• Good knowledge in Monitor/TV/ AV product
• High proficiency in excel with strong analysis skills
• Hardworking and self-motivated
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
