Our client is a leading telecommunication service provider, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Customer Services Officer, Insurance Hotline

Responsibilities:

To respond promptly to customer telephone and website enquiries in a professional manner
To provide administrative and clerical support in a daily basis, cooperate with team members to respond promptly to customers enquires
To visit distribution partners' retail outlets in order to support and enhance company's product and service
To support the team and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Shift duty is required

Requirements

Higher Diploma or above with relevant experience
Qualifier of IIQE Paper I, II & III is an advantage (candidates prepared to undertake such qualifications will be considered)
Experience in insurance or financial industry is advantageous
Proficiency in MS Office
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
A proactive and self-motivated individual with excellent teamwork skills
