Personal Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Provide all-rounded secretarial and personal assistant support to chairman
- Coordinate, monitor and handle all documentation as assigned
- Attend business meetings with chairman and prepare agenda and minutes
- Travel on business trips with the Chairman to overseas
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in any disciplines
- Strong communication, interpersonal & problem solving skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- High proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
- Immediate Available will be advantage
- Fresh Graduate will also be considered
