Responsible Officer (Type 1 & 6)

Responsibilities:

• Act as core person to supervise SFC Type 1 & 6 regulated activities
• Formulate, review and update operations procedures in order ensure operational and regulatory compliance
• Conduct in-dept investment research and analysis, analyze portfolio performance and monitor investment risk
• Manage daily business operations to ensure the workflow is complied with the SFC and statutory regulations
• Provide support and assist to senior management on firm’s investment function

 
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in Corporate Finance, FA/IFA, M&A projects activities
• Current holder of SFC Type 1 & 6 Responsible Officer License
• Sound knowledge of SFO, SFC Code of Conduct, regulations of relevant regulatory authorities
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
