Our client is a leading High-tech electronics consumer products company, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Officer/ Senior Officer, Account Receivable (DtC) (5 days)

Responsibilities 

• Manage financial operations, payment gateways, refunds and chargebacks

• Monitor transactions to detect and prevent fraudulent activities

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data within ecommerce business

• Collaborate with various departments including operations, DtC (Direct to Consumer), and customer service to provide financial insight and support decision-making processes

Requirements 

• Bachelor degree holder in Finance or Accounting

• Proven experience for 5-8 years in ecommerce finance, accounting or a related role

• Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of e-commerce operations including payment processing and online sales

• Advanced proficiency in ERP system, Excel will be added advantage

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy

• Ability to work in a fast-pace and dynamic environment

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer/ Assistant Manager

• Immediate available will be an added advantage
