Site Supervisor (Fitting out)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the on site delivery of the Project (or portion of the Project he/she is supervising), in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications, Construction Programme, Cost Parameters, Quality Levels and Safety Guidelines set out by the Project Team.

Requirements:

At least 3 yrs experiences in building / fitting-out of commercial & retail projects
Conversant with interior fitting-out nature / surveying, A&A work and contractual documents are advantages
Have good knowledge of technical skills in fitting-out
Good PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlooks
Excellent communication and site management skills
Self-motivated, independent, responsible and hardworking.
Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
