Senior Project Manager / Project Manager - Fitting Out (5-day work)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the ensuring the successful delivery of each assigned project from award through Pre-Construction, Construction and Post-Construction, as well as ensuring that he and his staff are perpetuating the relationship with the Client and other parties involved in each projects.
Have a thorough understanding of the project scope, contractual arrangement and financial parameters the Company has entered into.
Be Fully accountable for the successful on-site construction & delivery of the project in accordance for the sucessful on-site construction & delivery of the project in accordance with our contractual responsibilities.
Have properly resourced the project and that each staff member is clear as to his/her function on the project and the Company’s goals in relation to the Project Budget and Programme are being achieved.
Manage the Client and Consultant relationship so that each project proceeds in accordance with their requirements.
Execute financial control on each project in relation to overhead costs, Sub- Contractor claims and compensation for extra works.
Prepare up to date comprehensive reports in a timely fashion for each project and for Senior Management.
Ensure that superior quality control is exercised on each site.
Implement prudent project administration so that Document Control Sub- Contractor Invoicing / Payments, Client Invoicing / Payments, general administration is being conducted in a professional manner.
Satisfy required statutory obligations.
Conduct project close-out on each project seamlessly including punch list completion O&M Manual preparation, As-Built Drawing preparation, Warranty / Guarantee preparation.

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above
5 years or above relevant experience in Interior Fitting out Projects.
Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
Immediate Available will be advantage.
