Our client is a leading Corporate Finance Company.

Responsible Officer

Responsibilities:

Lead the projects and activities of corporate finance and advisory services
Define strategic planning to drive Corporate Finance businesses with the objective to maximize the company interest and investment returns
Supervise the execution of financial advisory projects including undertaking due diligence, resolving issues, and liaising with SFC
Comply to applicable laws, rules and regulations, including the proper documentation of all operations, policies and procedures
Compile reports through conducting market research as well as prepare proposals to facilitate regulatory checks

Requirements:

Current holder of SFC Responsible Officer license for Type 6 RA
Over 5 years of solid experience in Corporate Finance or related fields
Manage subordinates to supervise SFC Type 6 regulated activities
Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
Immediate available is preferred.
