Officer, Human Resources
Responsibilities:
- Provide overall administrative support for full spectrum of HR functions including staffing, C&B and employee engagement.
- Handle the administrative activities for the whole selection process, including job posting, interview arrangement, reference checking, contract preparation and data entry to HRIS, etc.
- Support C&B in handling insurance claims or leave related matters.
- Assist in organizing training or staff engagement activities.
- Perform ad hoc duties.
- University graduate in any disciplines, preferably in Human Resources Management.
- Over 1-2 years experience in HR function in sizable organizations or MNCs.
- Candidates with solid experience is preferable.
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
