Our client is a leading manufacturing and printing company.

System Architect

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the design and implementation of the system architecture meet the needs of the company.
  • Provide IT infrastructure support (Server & Network).
  • Drive IT infrastructure projects (Cloud & database support and maintenance).
  • Manage network monitoring/maintenance/upgrade, server & network related troubleshooting, data backup solutions, security & risk assessment.
  • Distributed computing and server management.
  • Act as Project Manager to lead projects by contract negotiation, vendors and teams across locations to complete assigned projects on budget and schedule.
  • Provide technical guidance to engineers and  team members.
  • Work with development teams in HK and China.
  • Perform ad hoc projects assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Computer Engineering
  • 8-10 years’ experience in IT Infrastructure design & support
  • Familiar with Middle-ware, Cloud services and Database support & maintenance
  • Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, able to coordinate various resources and achieve common goals
  • Solid working experience in managing high traffic e-Commerce websites is preferrable
  • Knowledge of Cloud Computing, Open Source Content Management, Cache Management, Search Engine, Mobile Application (iOS/Android) and Distributed File Management is preferred
  • Experience of using MySQL, MongoDB and MS SQL
  • Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
