Our client is an Organic / Natural Food Retail Shop

Shop Manager
 
Responsibilities:
 

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail industry including 2 years in supervisory position
• Experience in selling organic / natural food will be an advantage
• Good leadership, self-motivated, proactive, sales driven, and with can-do attitude
• Fluent in English and Putonghua preferably

Requirements:

• Oversee and manage individual store daily operations
• To lead & motivate shop sales to achieve sales target
• Monitor performance and provide staff training
• Responsible for visual merchandising to maintain store image and maximize sales exposure
• Work closely with other departments to promote store’s overall performance
