Project Executive

Wanchai, Hong Kong
Our client is a Building Maintenance Services Company.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and monitor the submission of all required documents of BD minor work;
  • Prepare the work completion form and dispatch to the technical staff and sub-contractors;
  • Daily remind technical staff and sub-contractors the working location and scope of work;
  • Keep updating the material list and working schedule;
  • Type-writing the correspondences;
  • Handle phone enquiry;
  • Sources and follow the suppliers’ quotation;
  • Sources, order and submit material either sample, catalogue or specification to client for approval;
  • Arrange ordering and delivery of material;
  • Attend site visit and inspection;
  • Monitor and manage the inventory of material and tools at warehouse;
  • Follow the work before, in-progress and completed photos;
  • Work arrangement, planning and follow up.
 
Requirements:
 
  • High Diploma or above in Building Service or related subjects;
  • One year of related working experience will be preferred;
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English;
  • Self -motivated, well discipline, hard-working, strong sense of responsibility, positive attitudes, detailed-mind, humble and willing to learn;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Work Processing.
