Customer Relations Officer (5-days)
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer complaints and conduct investigation if necessary.
- Respond to the feedback from external/ internal customer in a timely manner.
- Establish good customer relationship by providing professional customer care services.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above.
- Experience in customer service or related sector preferred.
- Strong communication or negotiation skill.
- Hardworking and self-motivated.
- Proficient in MS Office (including Word, Excel)
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Immediate Available is preferred.
