Our client is an International based Real Estate Agency Company.
Responsibilities:
- Managing new and existing stakeholder relationship.
- Meeting buyers and sellers of the properties or development.
- Presenting and selling the investments to clients and various stakeholders.
- Researching and analyzing global products and markets.
- Organising exhibitions and seminars with local agents in various locations worldwide.
- Handling legal paperwork and contracts.
- Follow up with sales transaction.
- Organising the advertisement of properties or developments.
- Promote sales through advertisement, open houses and also participation in multiple listing.
- Motivation to reach or exceed the monthly sales individual and team sales target.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years relevant working experience.
- Able to travel abroad such as UK/Mainland China.
- Confidence when liaising with clients and key decision makers.
- Self-motivating, able to provide a great customer service, outgoing personality and problem solving skills.
- Data analysis.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
- More experience candidates will also considered as Business Development Manager.
