Customer Service Executive (Mandarin)

Central, Hong Kong
Our client is a sizable financial product provider.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Handle phone and email enquiries and process applications to enhance customer experience.
  • Demonstrate and promote financial products or soft commodities to existing clients.
  • Comply with procedures, policies and regulatory requirements to safeguard interests of both parties.
  • Provide constructive feedback on operational workflow to enhance service quality and improve efficiency.
  • Participate in ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or above in Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
  • Over 2 years experience in customer service.
  • Experience in call centre or banking and finance industry is preferable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
