Our client is a reputable IATA Travel Agency locate in Tsim Sha Tsui.
 

• Responsible for manage of air-ticketing issuance process
• Support ticketing related functions such as fare-list updating and handling internal inquires
• Ensure the accuracy of all tickets and documents issued

• F.5 or above (HKCEE/HKDSE), having recognized certificate in Ticketing preferable
• 2 years above of air-ticket issuance experience
• Good knowledge in Abacus & GDS system and air-ticketing operations
• Good communication skills, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Good spoken English & Mandarin
