Responsibilities:

• Leading French bakery chain company.
• Lead a group over 50 employees across the group.
• Manage retail existing network and manage new openings.
• Manage other company aspects from operations, marketing, to sales and finance.
• Develop company strategy.

Requirements:

• Degree holder.
• Minimum of 10 years F&B experience.
• Turnover in excess of HKD30M.
• Good command of spoke French, English and Mandarin.
• Immediate available is preferred.
