Our client is a leading High-tech consumer electronic products company.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the 3rd party mobile phone refurbishment center located in Kwai Chung
• Provide operation support, such as spare part back order daily monitoring to ensure the RB Center smooth operate.
• Control the RB Center spare parts inventory in an acceptable level and to manage the expensive spare part (i.e. PBA/ LCD) usage rate.
• Conduct used spare parts collection and return to factory.
• Handling enquires on the RB process/status/figures/issue from all relate parties.

Requirements:

• University graduate
• Solid experience and knowledge services operations, prefer in telecom or consumer electronics industry
• Minimum 5 years' working related experience of which 2 years in managerial level
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
