Our client is a practicing accounting firm providing “one-stop” professional services.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients, and other professional advisors and various government authorities / regulators.
- Assist the CS manager and supervisor in handling all company secretarial duties.
- Maintain and update the statutory records as required under the Companies Ordinance.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Business Administration, Company Secretarial or related discipline.
- Student member of HKICS is an advantage
- At least 1-2 years’ working company secretarial experience in professional firms
- Mature, meticulous, efficiency, proactive, self-motivated and well organized.
- Knowledge in CSA Software is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
- Good communication of English and Chinese; able to speak Mandarin.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Company Secretarial Associate.
