Our client is a freight forwarder firm that focus on the APAC region.
Responsibilities:
- Handle general office administration and secretarial work as required.
- Perform administrative and office support activities.
- Handle and supervise billing functions.
- Handling of vouchers and bookkeeping.
- Review accounting transactions.
- Liaise with auditors.
- Ad hoc work as requested.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting or related disciplines.
- Experience in all-round administrative work is preferable.
- Knowledge in Quickbooks or accounting systems will be an advantage.
- Detail-oriented and ability to work under pressure.
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
